We are a visionary, innovative wedding and event planning company in Seattle,WA. We offer planning, design and floral services. We can plan any party or celebration including quinceaneras, anniversaries, pre wedding events and luxe birthdays. Beautiful Visions Events was founded in 2021 by Sade Boger because of her passion for people and weddings. We are dedicated to you, the client and telling your love story your way. Full Planning

This package is best suited for couples who have not hired vendors, not quite sure where to begin with planning or they just want everything handled for them all the way through. Full planning includes a design concept, ceremony and program coordination, vendor coordination, wedding weekend and or wedding day timeline creation as well as design, set up and take down plus any other details you desire.

Partial Planning

This package is for those who have some vision in mind for their wedding, hired some vendors, know who the desired vendors are and have some planning already done. This package includes meeting and contact with vendors you have already hired, assistance in selecting remaining vendors, adding additional details you desire as well as ceremony coordination and wedding day timeline creation.

Day of Coordination

The day of coordination package is best suited for those who have every detail in mind, hired all vendors and just need help coordinating the day of and weekend of. This package includes ceremony coordination, day of timeline, wedding weekend itinerary if needed as well as seating chart creation if you desire.

Event Design

The event design service is for the couple who just needs the decorating and design aspect of planning. This is great if your venue has an onsite coordinator. This includes set up and take down with all of your wedding aesthetics.

Floral design services are custom for your event. These include your choice of flowers in your colors . The florals are uniquely and beautifully tailored to your desired style. The price varies of type of flowers, number of arrangements and size of arrangements.

Wedding management includes RSVP management, wedding budget assistance . Other additional services include rehearsal dinners,engagement parties,bridals showers, anniversaries,milestone birthdays, quinceaneras and more!
